Many of our products have gained quality certificates issued by INTERTEK, VDE, TUV, Bureau Veritas and Dekra. They are the symbol of high quality!
What is the warranty time for TOSUNLUX products?
Two years warranty for most of products.
What is the delivery time?
Generally, 30-45 days upon receipt of final confirmation on the order.
What is the minimum amount of the order?
No minimum amount requirement for the first order. For second order, the sum of the order should be not less than USD15,000.00 in principle.

What is the terms of payment?
For small order which is less than usd2,000.00, 100% T/T in advanced. For bigger order, 30% deposit and 70% T/T before sending original documents. Terms of payment might be more flexible some time after start collaboration.
